Who the Eidolon used to be, a very, very long time ago.

He was two parts. One's name was Kenneth. He was Irish, a very pious man. He lived in the forest, alone, for nearly all his life. He was a peaceful, kind man, very in-tuned with nature and religion, a true saint. He was so at peace with his life he rarely ever stopped smiling.

The other's name was Krefna. He was an illegitimate child of the Others. He looks like a corpse because being how he is, he never got to see any world outside of the Others' world, and even though he had a physical body, he took after his "parents" and never ate or drank anything - the Others have no distinct bodies.

One day the Others plucked Kenneth from his home in the forest and revealed to him his fate. Kenneth, being calm all his life, was mildly surprised but always had felt there was something more to him. He met Krefna and pitied the poor creature's appearance. He hadn't time to do more because the Others bound him and Krefna together, forming one creature - the Eidolon.

Shame, it is. Wish he could have kept his hair. His hair's lovely.
